58 Kokomo is owned and operated by Kurt & Katelyn Calderone. Both Kurt & Katelyn grew up in Sarasota, Florida and currently reside in Lakewood Ranch, FL - about 7 hours south of Destin. They have two daughters who both love to visit their beach house with the bright yellow doors. During the 58 Kokomo remodel in 2022, their 5-year old daughter had a hand in choosing some of the design. With her favorite color being yellow, it was an easy decision for her when choosing a new paint color for the doors!
