Please be sure to check your Airbnb app for the codes to front door, garage entry door, and golf cart key lockbox. 58 Kokomo is fully stocked with all linens, beach towels in bedroom closets, beach chairs / toys in garage, and 6 seater golf cart ready for your use. If you haven’t signed the golf cart liability waiver yet, please reach out to me via your Airbnb app and I will send you an e-signature. Please scroll down for more detailed golf cart instructions.
Location & Beach Access
58 Kokomo is situated in the most central location here in Destin. You are 5 minutes away from Destin Commons that has Whole Foods, tons of shops, restaurants, and an awesome arcade that kids will absolutely love. The beach access is directly across from Sunfish Street. You’ll see a gate which you can walk around to access the wooden walkway that takes you to the sand. Our favorite restaurants in Destin are Pazzo Italiano and Burrito del Sol. You will also be a short cart ride to Pompano Joe’s in Miramar Beach, and also Boshamps Seafood in Destin.
Golf Cart Instructions
The golf cart key is located in a lockbox in the laundry room. Please check your Airbnb app for the code to this lockbox. Some guests forget to put the key back in the lockbox, so it might be in the cart itself. The cart is in the garage, please check your Airbnb app for the code to the garage entry door. The garage door opens manually. To open it, twist and push up the lever that’s in the center of the garage door. When you close the garage door from the outside, it locks automatically. Please put the golf cart key back in the laundry room lockbox before check-out.
Check-Out
We hope you enjoyed your stay at 58 Kokomo. Please leave the beds as is with all linens and pillows on beds. Gather any towels used and leave them on the bathroom floors. Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and take out all trash to the trash bins that are situated in front of the garage. Thank you and we hope you visit 58 Kokomo in Destin again!
